The water in Muscat always warm you never need to wear more than 3 mm wetsuit. the water temperatures in summer around 28 and in the winter about 22 or some days 19 so here we have all year you can training in beautiful water and safe area with the best freediving instructors with real experiences , they will guide you to the depth in safe way until you get back with your personal best .
